DigiRek your digital courier for receipts and receipts
EU Regulation

When DigiRek is used for digital communication, the document is also stamped with your stamp. This way, all parties can each receive a legally valid original. Both parties can go back to the originals and check the details they have agreed on. Both parties can also rely on the document as legal proof of what they have agreed on, which is legally binding on the company - not the individual.

This is an obvious legal practice in the physical world. We also see it as a matter of course to also offer it in the electronic world.

1. Purpose and Scope

4. Trust Service Providers (TSPs)
- Must meet security requirements and may be monitored by national regulatory authorities.
- Qualified suppliers are listed by the EU and have particularly high requirements.

5. Cross-border Recognition

6. Benefits
